1. Automatic inspection equipment:
We use fully automatic inspection equipment in the production process to carry out strict quality inspection on the glass bottle finished by annealing from the annealing furnace.
2. The main testing equipment and items are divided into:
--Bottle body inspection machine.
--Mainly check whether the bottle mouth and bottle body have Fried grain , bottle body bubbles, The bottle of cold grain, bottle body quilts, cut material patterns, etc.
--Bottle mouth inspection machine.
--Test the Fried grain at the bottle mouth, the plugging material at the bottle mouth and the Perpendicularity of the bottle.
3. Manual online detection
Manual light box inspection: Check the bubbles, Fried grain, quills, cold lines, and other appearance problems of the bottle body and mouth.
4. Manual batch inspection:
Every 2-3 hours, inspect the specific information of each group of molds of the rank machine one by one.

Q1, What's your regular color and capacity?
Color: Flint, Amber, Emerald green.
Capacity: 250ml, 330ml.12OZ, 500ml, 16OZ, 650ml ,22OZ, 750ml.,1000ml.
Q2, What's your regular style? And what kind of top you have?
We have the regular 12OZ, 16OZ, and 22OZ beer bottle.
Usually, most of the beer bottle is the customized bottle, you can put your LOGO on the bottle if can show your Brand. Much famous company produces its own bottle.
We have the General Crown top for the beer bottle, and also have the flip top, (swing top, Easy cap top) for the beer bottle, this cap can take the 1.6MPA Pressure. and very beautiful! The Plastic top and the Sealing gasket can be produced in different colors.
Q3, What's your MOQ and delivery time?
The MOQ for the beer bottle in Flint and Amber color usually need 150K-200K, we need to arrange the production separately for the bottle. For the Emerald green color, usually need the MOQ 500K , this is the production line needed.
For the regular size, if we have stock, you can take one 40HQ container.
Q4, What’s your usually Trad Term?
Usually, we do the FOB, CIF, and CFR, if the customer needs we also can do the EXW.
Now we do more with DDP term, offer the one-step service, including handle the sea freight Customs clearance in the discharge port, transport the container to a customer warehouse.
Q5, what’s the mold charge for the customized bottle?
Usually, the mold charge is needed around 5000$-8000$ for the customized mold, and the quantity reach 100K will return.
